  1. In a non-stick pan, toast flour over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  2. Transfer to a big mixing bowl and add the milk powder & sugar. Mix until incorporated.

  3. Add melted butter and mix until dry ingredients have moistened.

  4. Add the dried mango bits.

  5. Cool down mixture before shaping polvoron. Wrap in Japanese paper.
